Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.

Return Conditions

• Wrong item delivered.
• Damaged during shipping.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Cancellation

• Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been successfully completed.
• No cancellations are allowed under any circumstances, including before shipment.
• By completing the purchase, the customer agrees that the order is final and non-cancellable.
